'Help me, help you’ to get us all closer to a world without cancer.
Soon I will participate in Alpe d'HuZes, a unique sporting event to raise money for cancer research. Ultimately findings that are made in this field every day are bringing as step by step to cancer free world.
Along with my Damen colleagues and overall 5000 participants, united by this great cause I’m going to climb famous Alpe d’Huzes route as many times as I can before I run out of day. We start around 4 o’clock in the morning so first climb takes place before sunrise. Then we continue under the motto 'giving up is not an option'.
Throughout my life I’ve been fortunate to have the time to develop. I think everyone should have it. Unfortunately some are deprived of this time due to cancer. My motivation is to fight to that everyone can have the time needed to discover their way.
