Why I participate in Alpe d'HuZes?
Science has been my lifelong passion. From an early age, I was driven by a desire to understand how the world works and use this knowledge to help people. This led me to pursue a career in engineering. My journey brought me to the Netherlands, where I started a PhD program at The Netherlands Cancer Institute, making my dream come true. Moving to the Netherlands has also led me to discover a new passion, cycling. Participating in Alpe d’HuZes presents a unique opportunity for me to combine these interests. By cycling up Alpe d'Huez, I aim to contribute to cancer research funding, blending my love for science and cycling!
With research we have come a long way in the battle against cancer, but a lot still has to be done! Your donation can help us winning this battle at last!
